Colonel football pre-season photoshoot

Colonels football program releases one of their new looks for 2016

Recently, the Colonels football program released their new blue uniforms on twitter.  The white uniforms will be released very soon. Colonels hire new Head Boys Soccer Coach, Armando Jimenez

Recently, South Garland High School hired Armando Jimenez as the new boys head soccer coach for the Colonels. Jimenez earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas-Arlington in 2009. His most recent coaching job was as the Head Soccer Coach at Fort Worth Christian School in Fort Worth, TX.

Colonels compete in Lamar 7-on-7 SQT

Last Saturday, the Colonels competed in the Lamar SQT at LD Bell HS.  Though the Colonels fell short, they competed well in their first ever SQT since coming into HS. South lost good games to both Trophy Club Byron Nelson and Keller High Schools.
